A Young School Built for a Growing Town
Punggol Cove began on 2 January 2016 at its permanent campus on Sumang Walk, under founding principal Mr Dennis Yap. In January 2018, MOE Kindergarten @ Punggol Cove joined the school, and in August that year the campus was officially opened by Dr Janil Puthucheary, then Grassroots Adviser to Pasir Ris–Punggol GRC.
The school crest is a yacht under sail: green sails for uprightness of character, a blue hull for steady values. It is a fitting image for a school a short walk from Punggol’s waterfront, and a reminder that this is a school still setting its course, now under its second principal, Mdm Seah Whye Choo.
