SAFRA Rewards Vouchers have a published validity of six months from issue. The official page lists use at SAFRA Customer Service Counters, EnergyOne and Kidz Amaze, with exclusions, as well as participating stores.
For Punggol, the list includes outlets such as Jack’s Place, McDonald’s, Sonic Bowl and Wingstop. The merchant list is dated 1 July 2026 and may change, so confirm acceptance with the outlet before ordering.
Read the official Rewards Voucher page. It says unused balance is not refunded and excludes payments such as carpark fees, security deposits and fines. A voucher is not a universal cash replacement.

Check the name, value, expiry and presentation requirements on your own voucher. Different SAFRA offers can appear together online without sharing the same terms.
Do not substitute the conditions of a food-discount coupon, a playground offer or another promotion. If the voucher’s wording and an online summary appear different, ask SAFRA to clarify before making the purchase.
Confirm acceptance before committing
Ask the outlet whether it currently accepts your voucher and whether there are restrictions on the item or transaction. Confirm before ordering or booking, rather than expecting a cashier to resolve an assumption afterwards.
A directory entry is useful for making a shortlist. It does not establish today’s opening status, stock or ability to combine offers. For example, an outlet remaining on a list should not override a separate closure notice.
Plan the payment amount
As an illustration, a $10 voucher used against an $8 eligible purchase leaves $2 of value unused; do not budget for that amount to be returned as cash.
If your bill exceeds the voucher value, ask what payment method can cover the difference. Also check whether multiple vouchers or another discount can be used together; this guide does not confirm either arrangement.
Use the right help route
The official voucher page lists safrapoints@safra.sg for enquiries. Describe the voucher and intended transaction without sharing an unused redemption code publicly.
Our SAFRA Punggol guide covers local facilities. Keep the voucher until the payment is successfully recorded and retain a receipt if you need to query the transaction.
