SIT’s Innovation Hub, known as InnoHub, supports companies working from ideas towards practical solutions, prototypes and test-bedding. It is an industry innovation service, not a shopping destination or a public drop-in workshop at Punggol.
The official SIT InnoHub page has a contact form for companies to describe their challenges, ideas or desired outcomes. Use that route to ask which expertise or centre fits your project before arranging a meeting.
SIT InnoHub is not OCBC’s Punggol Innovation Hub. If you are searching for a bank office, recruitment information or a branch visit, identify the organisation first: the shared words “innovation hub” do not mean the same place or service.

Four centres, different kinds of support
SIT lists Design Factory@SIT, the Rapid Product Innovation & Development Centre (RaPID), NAMIC Hub@SIT and the SIT-Polytechnic Innovation Centre of Excellence (SPICE) within InnoHub.
You do not need to guess the correct centre before asking for help. Explain the problem and current stage plainly; let the enquiry discussion establish whether a single specialist or a multidisciplinary approach is appropriate.
From a business problem to a prototype
InnoHub describes connecting companies with expertise, design innovation, rapid prototyping and small-batch production before manufacturing scale-up.
For illustration, a business might begin with a recurring user complaint rather than a finished product drawing. A sensible enquiry explains who experiences the problem, how it affects the business and what an improved outcome would look like. This is planning advice, not a promised InnoHub workflow.
What to include in the contact form
The official form requests contact and organisation details plus a description of your challenge, idea or desired outcome. Read its data-consent wording before submitting.
Prepare a short, non-confidential summary first. Include what has already been tried, the intended users and any important constraints. Ask how sensitive material should be provided if further technical discussion becomes appropriate.
Confirm terms and the meeting venue
Before proceeding, request clarity on project scope, fees, schedule, responsibilities and treatment of intellectual property. A general innovation-services description does not settle these terms for your company.
Ask for the actual meeting address and access instructions; do not assume every activity happens in one public-facing room. For the separately named bank project, read our OCBC Punggol Innovation Hub guide.
