SIT Punggol Campus lists a student printing service at the E6 Level 5 common area, near the bridge connecting to E1, for photocopying, printing and scanning. This location appears on the university’s official facilities page.
The same page links to both the E6 Level 5 Student Print Station and the W5 Level 5 Student Print Station. If you are searching for where to print at SIT Punggol, use the linked campus maps to identify the relevant station.
These are described as student printing facilities. SIT’s public-access guidance covers certain campus areas at Level 2 and below; it does not establish unrestricted visitor access to Level 5 printing stations. Residents needing public printing should consider NLB’s service instead.

Check the block as well as the floor
Use the block letter and number together: E6 and W5 are different destinations. Save the relevant station map so you can identify the building and floor rather than simply asking for the campus printer.
For E6, the bridge towards E1 is the published landmark. Follow campus signs and authorised routes. When meeting a classmate, name the block and level so you both arrive at the same location.
Check eligibility before inviting a visitor
Read SIT’s campus FAQs for visitor arrangements. A parent visiting a public food court should not assume that the visit includes use of student equipment upstairs.
If you are an alumnus or external guest, ask whether your account and access arrangements cover printing. Alumni library benefits and student print-station access are different questions; this guide does not extend one entitlement to the other.
Prepare printing, copying or scanning
Keep a final PDF and check the page sequence. Before sending a print job, confirm paper size, orientation, copies and whether you need single-sided or double-sided output.
For scanning, decide how you will name and store the finished file, then check its legibility. For copying, inspect the original for faint text or cropped edges. These are preparation suggestions; follow the instructions on the actual equipment.
Confirm charges and login requirements
The public facilities page does not provide a complete tariff or payment walkthrough. Check current student instructions or the station display for rates, account requirements, payment options and available output settings.
Avoid relying on another university’s price or an old campus arrangement. For a large job, confirm the total and consider a small test print. Fine graphs and colour diagrams deserve a preview before printing every page.
If the station or document has a problem
Record the block, floor, machine identifier if displayed, and the problem. Retain job details and payment records for a failed print so you can explain what happened without repeatedly submitting it.
Use our SIT directions guide for travel and campus-access guide for visitor questions. Confirm an urgent printing arrangement through SIT before making a special trip.
