Singapore Institute of Technology’s official contact page lists 1 Punggol Coast Road, Singapore 828608, and telephone +65 6592 1189. For a SIT Punggol enquiry, start there if you do not yet know the responsible university office.
The SIT contact page provides frequently asked questions, an office directory, professional-officer and faculty directories, and contact-form routes. Choose the route that fits your question rather than sending the same enquiry to unrelated academic staff.
SIT’s page also has a separate incident-reporting and facilities-feedback form. That is different from a routine admissions, course or administrative enquiry. Use the appropriate current category and provide the location and details requested by the official form.

Start with the official contact page
Use SIT Contact Us to check the number, address and current routes. Search the FAQ first if your question concerns a standard process; the published answer may identify the next step.
When calling, explain whether you are a prospective student, current student, visitor or organisation and give a short description of the issue. Do not assume the main number is a dedicated line for every campus service.
Use the relevant directory
The office directory identifies administrative and academic-support divisions. The professional-officer and faculty directories serve different purposes, including finding staff by expertise.
For a course application, payment or student-record question, use the relevant official service route. A lecturer’s research profile is not necessarily the correct contact for an administrative decision.
Prepare an effective enquiry
Include the topic, relevant date and the outcome you are asking for. If an existing reference number is relevant, provide it through the appropriate official channel and keep the message focused.
Do not send passwords or unnecessary identity documents in an initial general enquiry. If further documents are required, ask how to submit them securely. Retain the acknowledgement so you can follow up without losing the enquiry history.
Report facilities issues separately
For facilities feedback, describe the precise block, floor and location, plus what you observed and when. Use the reporting route on the official contact page rather than sending a vague message saying only that something is wrong “at SIT”.
For visiting directions, consult the SIT Punggol transport guide. The university’s main postal address does not by itself identify the room for your appointment. Confirm the destination in advance.
