SAFRA Punggol’s weekday parking promotion offers a complimentary carpark coupon for a single outlet receipt of at least $5 nett. Its listed validity is 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027.
Present the same-day receipt at the Level 3 Concierge between 11am and 3pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and their eves. Redemptions are limited to the first 50 each day, so a qualifying purchase does not guarantee that coupons remain available.
Complete an online form with your vehicle number plate and use the coupon that day. The official promotion page does not state its parking duration or value; confirm coverage at the counter.

Check the final receipt amount
The $5 threshold applies after GST, discounts and vouchers. Keep one intact receipt that meets the threshold; a larger purchase still permits only one redemption per receipt.
For example, a discounted purchase with a final receipt total below $5 should not be assumed to qualify. Check the printed total before joining the redemption queue rather than calculating from the menu’s original price.
Avoid excluded receipt types
Online, duplicate or damaged receipts are excluded, as are Lifestyle Mart purchases using e-credits and McDonald’s purchases using loyalty points. Each member or guest is limited to one daily redemption.
Keep the original receipt accessible after paying. If your transaction has an unusual combination of payment methods or rewards, ask the Concierge to confirm eligibility instead of assuming it follows a standard purchase.
Redeem before the window closes
Plan your visit around the 11am–3pm redemption window. A restaurant staying open later does not extend the coupon counter’s processing period.
Before driving out, check that redemption has been completed and ask how to use the coupon with the carpark system. Confirm what happens if your parking charge exceeds its coverage. This guide cannot supply a free-parking duration that the promotion page does not publish.
Budget for parking if coupons run out
Keep ordinary parking charges in your visit budget because the daily coupon allocation is limited. See our SAFRA Punggol parking guide for the separate parking-rate topic.
The promotion page retains an older contact number. For enquiries, consult our October 2026 SAFRA hotline update and the latest official contact information. Confirm the promotion again if your visit falls near its end date.
