SAFRA Punggol Parking Rates | Member and Public Charges, Grace Period and Examples

SAFRA Punggol parking charges differ for members and the public. At 9 Sentul Crescent, Singapore 828654, SAFRA’s published Monday–Saturday daytime car tariff is $1.20 for a member’s first hour and $0.30 for each subsequent 15-minute block; the public tariff is $2.37 and $0.60 respectively.

The published evening car tariff, Monday–Saturday from 6pm to 4.59am the next day, is $2.45 per entry for members and $4.09 for the public. The same per-entry charges are listed for Sundays and public holidays from 5am to 4.59am the next day. These are SAFRA Punggol rates, not One Punggol or regional sports-centre rates.

SAFRA also publishes a 15-minute complimentary grace period and prohibits overnight parking. Rates were checked on 10 October 2026. Read the current entry board and check membership recognition before relying on a discounted charge; a time band extending past midnight does not remove the overnight-parking rule.

Look at the weekday, time and membership category together. A screenshot containing only a price is easy to misapply to the wrong club or part of the day.

Worked daytime examples

These are arithmetic illustrations for a stay wholly within the Monday–Saturday daytime band, with exactly completed 15-minute blocks after the first hour. They do not describe the carpark system’s handling of partial blocks, grace-period deductions or visits crossing a tariff boundary.

For 90 minutes, a member calculation is $1.20 + 2 × $0.30 = $1.80. The corresponding public calculation is $2.37 + 2 × $0.60 = $3.57.

For two hours, the member calculation is $1.20 + 4 × $0.30 = $2.40. The public calculation is $2.37 + 4 × $0.60 = $4.77.

Use these examples to understand the published structure. The actual exit charge remains subject to the operator’s current rules.

What the grace period is useful for

A grace period may matter when a driver enters briefly, discovers the wrong destination or cannot find a suitable space. Treat it as a narrow allowance rather than a reason to rush passengers through a visit.

If you expect to use it, check the clock and the current conditions. The announcement does not establish that the first 15 minutes are automatically deducted from every longer paid stay.

For child collection, choose a safe and permitted arrangement. Avoid making a child hurry through traffic to protect a small parking saving.

Check membership before assuming the member price

An activity booking and a parking discount are separate matters. Ask the club how your eligible membership is recognised for parking and whether any vehicle registration or account setup is required.

If more than one adult uses the car, agree who checks the details before arrival. Do not assume that another family member’s membership automatically changes the vehicle’s charge.

If the exit amount appears inconsistent, keep the receipt and entry/exit details for an enquiry. Having the time and category ready is more helpful than trying to recall them later.

Compare the whole journey, not only the tariff

A cheaper carpark can become a more difficult trip if it adds a long walk with a tired child or equipment. Decide where the main activity is, then compare the total cost and convenience.

For a short dinner, a long activity and a family visit with several stops, the sensible transport choice may differ. Include travel, parking, walking and the return journey in your estimate.

If your actual destination is One Punggol, check its own carpark and pedestrian route. The SAFRA tariff should not be copied across to a nearby building.

Parking questions and related guides

Is Saturday daytime charged per entry? The published Saturday daytime car band uses a first-hour charge and subsequent 15-minute blocks.

Can I leave the vehicle overnight? SAFRA’s published carpark notice says overnight parking is not allowed.

What about motorcycles? The Punggol table lists $0.70 per entry for members and $1.31 for the public for the stated daily band. Confirm current conditions with the operator.
