SAFRA Punggol’s Games Room offers automatic tables for social games such as mahjong and cards. Published operating hours are daily, 10am–11pm. Book through m.safra.sg, the SAFRA app or a Customer Service Counter, subject to available slots.
Published member prices are $13.10 per hour off-peak and $16.75 per hour peak, including GST. Off-peak is Monday–Friday, 10am–6pm; weekday evenings from 6pm and Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are peak periods.
The member who books must be present for guests to use the room. SAFRA prohibits gambling involving money or money’s worth, and bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable. Confirm the slot and attendance before paying.

Choose a slot and estimate the room cost
First agree on a start and finish time with the people attending. A booking is easier to use fully when everyone knows when to arrive and how long the gathering will last.
For an estimate, two hours entirely within off-peak time comes to $26.20 at the published hourly rate; two peak hours comes to $33.50. Confirm the actual amount shown for the slot before completing payment.
If your session crosses 6pm on a weekday, check how the booking system prices the selected time. Do not assume the earlier hourly rate applies to the whole session.
Keep the booking member in the plan
One person should coordinate the booking and circulate the confirmation. That message should include the clubhouse, date, start time, finish time and the agreed meeting point.
The booking member’s presence is part of the facility conditions. If that person’s plans change, ask SAFRA what options remain before telling another member to take over.
Check all participants’ availability before payment. A room reserved for friends can become difficult to use if the group treats the booking as flexible while the operator’s terms do not.
Prepare guests for the room rules
SAFRA says children below 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times, and students in school uniform are not permitted to enter. Share these conditions before inviting a family group.
Choose a social game everyone understands. Explain the basic sequence to a new player and keep the first rounds manageable. For an informal gathering, learning the game together can be part of the enjoyment.
Keep the operator’s rules visible to the group. If someone is unsure about a proposed activity or item they want to bring, clarify it with staff in advance.
Use the equipment carefully
Ask staff for help if you have not used an automatic table before. Understand the controls before starting rather than experimenting with moving parts.
If equipment appears faulty, pause and report the issue. Tell staff which table or room is affected and describe what happened. Avoid trying to dismantle or repair the equipment yourself.
Leave time at the end to collect personal items and hand the room back. Keep the confirmation available so the group can check its booked end time.
