To reschedule an appointment through HealthHub from Punggol, log in to the app and open Appointments under Quick Links. Select the relevant upcoming appointment, tap Reschedule and choose an available date and time within the permitted range.

Tap Next, review the new details and tap Submit to confirm. Choosing a slot is an intermediate step: check the appointment details after submitting before changing your transport or family arrangements.

If the appointment cannot be rescheduled in HealthHub, submit an online request or contact the healthcare institution directly. For a child or care recipient, first set up the relevant care-recipient relationship, then use Switch Profile to manage that person’s appointment.

Check the patient’s name, healthcare institution and appointment type before making a change. A household can have several similar appointments close together.

Keep any appointment letter nearby. It helps you confirm that you are changing the intended visit rather than another family member’s booking.
