Punggol families can use HealthHub caregiver access to help an adult loved one manage healthcare services. The published adult setup requires both people to be Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents and at least 21 years old, with the relevant NRIC details available.
Start in Health Profiles. The care recipient can add someone under My caregivers, or the caregiver can request access through People under my care and Family & friends. Follow the official guide through the invitation, acceptance and verification steps.
Newly appointed caregivers receive full access to their care recipient’s health records. Choose someone you trust and discuss that access before sending the request. Adult caregiver setup has its own requirements; use the separate child instructions when helping a child.

Agree what help is needed
Discuss the practical tasks first: organising appointments, checking bills or keeping track of information for a visit. This lets both people understand why the access is being requested.
For a parent living elsewhere in Punggol, agree how you will tell them about any change you make. A shared routine prevents two people from independently rearranging the same appointment.

Send and accept the official request
Read the guide for the direction of the request you chose. Check names and contact details carefully before sending.
Set aside time for the other person to complete their part. A sent invitation alone should not be treated as proof that you can already manage the account.

Check the relationship and profile
Once the setup is complete, check that the intended person appears in your HealthHub profiles. Start with the task you agreed to help with and check the information together.
Before making a transaction, confirm whose profile you have opened. This simple check is particularly helpful when you support more than one family member.

A care recipient can remove a caregiver through Health Profiles, My caregivers, selecting the person and tapping Remove caregiver. Review the relationship when someone stops helping.
For setup difficulties, HealthHub lists 1800 225 4482 and contact_us@healthhub.sg. Describe the step that failed and keep identity details out of public posts when seeking help.
