Punggol Digital District event-space enquiries start with the district’s official “Find a Space for Your Next Event” page. It links to an event-space booking enquiry form for organisers who want to discuss a suitable venue in PDD.
Prepare your event type, preferred dates, expected attendance and setup needs before making an enquiry. The public spaces page does not supply a complete capacity chart or published rental schedule, so request the specifications and quotation for the venue proposed to you.
PDD district event spaces and SIT campus venue hire have separate enquiry routes. If you want an SIT auditorium or seminar room, use the university’s venue-hire process. For a district space, follow the PDD spaces page and confirm the exact venue, terms and access arrangements before announcing the location to guests.

Where to enquire about an event space
Begin with the official PDD spaces page. Its event-space enquiry link points to the district’s booking enquiry form. If the short link does not load, return to the spaces page to follow its current link.
An enquiry helps the venue team consider your event. It is not the same as a confirmed reservation. Ask how the proposed space, date and time will be confirmed and what you must complete before the booking is final.
Keep a copy of the event description you send. If the date, attendance or activities change, update the venue team so its advice and quotation reflect the event you actually intend to hold.
Writing a useful event brief
Describe the event in one clear paragraph: who is organising it, who will attend and what will happen. A networking reception, a presentation and an exhibition may need different layouts even with the same number of visitors.
Provide the preferred date, an alternative if possible, expected attendance and public event hours. Separately state the time needed for delivery, setup, sound checks and packing up; those activities can extend the period for which a space is required.
Explain whether the event is public or invitation-only, and identify any registration desk, display, performance, food service or sponsor activity. Ask the venue team to confirm whether your proposed activities can be accommodated.
Capacity, layout and equipment questions
Request the capacity for your proposed layout. A room’s suitability can differ between seated presentations, standing receptions and displays, so use the layout you intend to run when discussing guest numbers.
Ask what equipment and services are included. Check presentation screens, microphones, power access, internet arrangements, furniture and technical support against the actual programme. Tell the team about equipment your suppliers would bring.
Discuss accessibility and guest movement, including the arrival route and any assistance guests may need. If a proposed space is outdoors or partly exposed, ask about weather arrangements before building the programme around that setting.
Understanding the quotation and booking conditions
Ask for a written quotation covering the proposed venue and booking period. Clarify venue hire, equipment, staffing, cleaning and any other charges relevant to your event; do not assume a general district enquiry includes these services.
Read the payment, cancellation, postponement and overtime conditions supplied for the booking. Establish what happens if your event changes, if a supplier needs more setup time, or if attendance grows beyond the proposed layout.
Confirm the organiser’s responsibilities and the venue’s operating requirements before committing suppliers. Keep the final event plan, quotation and booking confirmation together so your team works from the same agreed details.
Guest directions and choosing between PDD and SIT
The spaces page lists the district address as 88 Punggol Way, Singapore 829913. That general address should not replace the precise venue and entrance in your invitation. Ask for a guest arrival point and a separate delivery route if suppliers need one.
For an auditorium or seminar room on the university campus, see our SIT Punggol venue-hire guide. Selecting the correct operator early makes it easier to ask about the right rooms, availability and booking conditions.
Use our PDD district guide for area context. Send attendees the confirmed event-space name, entrance and arrival instructions once the booking is settled, and give suppliers the timings agreed with the venue team.
