Begin with One Punggol’s official onePA page or the onePA facilities search. Confirm that the venue shown is One Punggol before choosing a court. Nearby venues can have different operators and booking systems.
For a class, search courses and read the individual listing. For an event, use its registration information. For a meeting room or studio, check whether the outlet offers an online request route or requires an enquiry. Decide what you need before entering payment details.

Select a date, time and court
Prepare at least one alternative date or time before searching. This helps when your preferred slot is unavailable. Read the full selection again before proceeding: venue, court, date, start time and duration.
An unavailable calendar date should not be treated as a promise that a counter booking will be possible. Ask the outlet if you need clarification. Avoid planning a group gathering around an unconfirmed slot, especially when friends will travel from different neighbourhoods.
Check charges and finish payment
Use the price displayed for your selected booking and eligibility. This article does not quote a fixed court rate because the amount to pay must come from the current listing. Check the payer and participant information required by the system.
onePA’s FAQ explains payment confirmation and receipts. After paying, save the confirmation reference and check your registered email, including its junk folder. If money has been deducted but confirmation is missing, seek official help with the transaction details rather than assuming you should immediately pay again.
Keep the booking details accessible on your phone and share the correct meeting time with your group. Include the court identifier and the end time, not only “One Punggol badminton”.
Follow the court’s permitted use
Read PA’s booking terms before paying. These include restrictions on transferring or reselling bookings and commercial use. A recreational booking should not be treated as authorisation to run a paid coaching session.
Do not assume that a badminton court booking allows pickleball or another sport. Permission depends on the venue’s current rules. If your group wants a different activity, obtain a clear answer from the outlet before booking.
Plan to arrive with enough time to locate the court and prepare. Keep play within the booked period, follow staff instructions and leave the space ready for the next users.
Courses, activities and room requests
For a course or activity, read its age requirements, dates, session count, venue and any materials or equipment instructions. Check the full schedule against school, work and family commitments. A suitable topic is only part of choosing a useful activity.
Read cancellation and change terms before confirming. Do not assume that a course, event and facility booking share identical policies. If you need accessibility support or clarification about a child’s participation, contact the organiser before registering.
