Singapore’s fourth regional library, after Tampines, Woodlands and Jurong. It spans five levels and opened in two stages in 2023: the first two floors in January and the rest in April.

The Rooftop Garden
Level 5 has a community garden where volunteers grow vegetables. Some of the harvest has been donated through Fo Guang Shan temple to families who need it. It is a small, quiet reminder of the farms Punggol once had.
