Waterway Point Nursing and Changing Rooms | How to Plan a Stroller Stop

Waterway Point shopping mall with Watertown residential development above in Punggol.

Waterway Point lists nursing rooms, diaper-changing facilities and other amenities for families. If you are already in the mall, look for the nursing or family room symbol on the nearest directory. If you cannot find a room on your route, ask the concierge on West Wing, Level 2, for the nearest one that is open.

Tell staff what you need before crossing to another wing. A changing surface, a private place to feed a baby and a shower for a child are different facilities. Ask for the closest room with the feature you need and for a lift route if you have a stroller.

  • Use the nearest mall directory or ask staff for a nursing or changing room.
  • Give both your wing and level when asking for directions.
  • Ask which lift serves the room if you have a stroller.
  • Check the room before unpacking so you know which facilities are available.

Find a family room from where you are

From Punggol MRT, enter the mall and use a directory to check which wing and level you are on. Look for the relevant facility icon. If you are in the middle of a meal or shopping, ask a nearby staff member for the closest facility before heading to another level.

Waterway Point’s official visitor page lists family amenities, including nursing rooms and kids’ shower rooms. Its contact page gives the concierge location. Ask for the current room and lift route if your stop depends on a particular facility.

Pack so you can make the stop quickly

Keep a small changing pouch where you can reach it without emptying the stroller basket. If you are meeting someone for lunch, send them the wing and level once you know where you will stop. That way they can meet you nearby or go ahead to the restaurant.

If two adults are together, agree who will handle the stroller and who will take any older children. If you are alone, ask whether you can take the stroller into the room or where to place it so the doorway stays clear.

Have a backup when a room is busy

If the nearest room is occupied, decide whether to wait or ask staff for another location. Mention whether you need only a changing surface or a private place to feed. That detail helps staff direct you to a room that fits.

Plan the stop before going down to the waterfront or queuing for a meal if the timing matters. If you are returning to the MRT afterward, note the lift and mall connection so you can retrace the route without crossing the mall again.
