Find the shop and show the order number

Follow Waterway Point’s signs to Level 1 and look for #01-21. Open your collection notice or the UNIQLO app before joining the queue. At the counter, show your membership ID or order number. If several orders are ready, tell staff which ones you are collecting and check each label before leaving.

Send a family member or plan around the deadline

A friend or family member can collect on your behalf. Forward the ready notification, which identifies the branch and order. UNIQLO says the person collecting can show the order number or the notification to staff.

For example, if someone passes through Punggol MRT on Friday and you cannot make it before the deadline, send the notice before they leave home. Include #01-21 so they can find the unit directly. If the order has already expired, check its status before sending anyone to the shop. UNIQLO says uncollected orders are automatically cancelled and refunded to the original payment method.
