The Punggol Regional Library Study Zone is on Level 3 of One Punggol. Use NLB’s seat booking system to reserve a place before travelling. For access outside the main library’s opening hours, follow One Punggol’s signs to Lift Lobby B and go to Level 3.
Plan around the time you can reach the seat, including the walk from the station or car park. Save the booking details and check any arrival instructions when you reserve.
- Select Punggol Library in the seat booking system.
- Save your date, session time and seat details.
- Use Lift Lobby B for the separate Level 3 access when needed.
- Check your confirmation for the current check-in instructions.
Reserve the seat you need

Start with the NLB seat booking page. Choose Punggol Library and check the date, time and area before confirming. If you are studying with someone else, have them check availability for their own seat. Agree on the library and start time before either of you travels.
Find the Level 3 entrance

NLB’s Punggol library visitor guide identifies the Study Zone on Level 3. The One Punggol early-access guide explains the separate route and how the Study Zone schedule differs from main-library hours.
Prepare for a focused session
Choose one task you can work on quietly, such as marking an exercise or drafting a page. Download the files you need beforehand and keep the confirmation easy to find. If the seat or booking looks different from what you reserved, check the seat number and ask staff where available.
