Jewel Canopy Bridge in 2027 | Glass Floor, Ticket Prices and Canopy Park Admission

The Mastercard Canopy Bridge is a ticketed attraction on Level 5 of Jewel Changi Airport. Its central section has a glass floor, and Jewel describes the bridge as suspended 23 metres above ground. At the time of checking, standard tickets were S$13.90 per adult and S$11.90 per child. A bridge ticket currently includes Canopy Park admission, so check your ticket inclusions before buying a separate park ticket.

Choose the bridge if your group wants an elevated walk and is comfortable with the glass centre section. You can see the Rain Vortex from Jewel’s public areas without buying the bridge ticket, subject to current access and operating notices. Jewel lists ordinary bridge hours of 10 am to 9 pm, with last admission 30 minutes before closing. Confirm hours, eligibility and any temporary changes for your 2027 date.

  • Find the bridge inside Canopy Park on Jewel Level 5.
  • The centre portion has a glass bottom. Check access and suitability before purchasing.
  • Standard fares when checked: S$13.90 adult and S$11.90 child aged 3–12.
  • Bridge admission currently includes Canopy Park. The nets and mazes have separate ticket arrangements.
  • Jewel recommends covered shoes and lists luggage and wheeled bags as prohibited on the bridge.

Decide whether the bridge is the right ticket

Choose the view you actually want

Jewel describes the bridge as an elevated crossing with a transparent centre and fog effects at its ends. It is a short experience built around looking into the Jewel interior from above and experiencing the height while walking. Choose it if that is the part of Jewel you want to try. If the group wants only a waterfall photograph, a visit to the public area can meet that aim without a bridge ticket.

The photographs here show the Jewel setting and its public waterfall, rather than a view taken from the bridge. Use the official attraction page to see the bridge itself before buying. This is particularly useful if a child has not walked across glass before or a companion is unsure about heights. A video or picture can help explain the difference between looking up from below and being on a suspended walkway.

Ask each person what they want from the visit. A child interested in a maze may prefer that activity. Someone interested in architecture may want the elevated view. A companion who prefers a quieter visit can meet the group in a public area. Keeping the activity choice separate from the meeting plan makes it easier to choose a ticket that fits.

Check what Canopy Park admission includes

Jewel’s current bridge ticket includes Canopy Park, whose basic admission covers Discovery Slides, Foggy Bowls, Petal Garden and Topiary Walk, subject to the rules for each feature. Discovery Slides has a separately published 110 cm minimum height. The bridge ticket does not make a child eligible for a feature whose conditions they do not meet. Check each activity you intend to use.

Compare the standalone bridge with the basic park ticket and any package you are considering. If you buy the bridge ticket for someone and it includes the park, avoid adding another basic park ticket for that person. Someone who wants only the park may need a different product. Nets and mazes are separate ticketed experiences unless the chosen package explicitly includes them.

Give the day enough time to use what you buy. A bridge crossing and a garden walk can be a good combination on a short trip. A package with multiple activities may require more walking, waiting or briefings. Read the current product details and choose based on the time and eligibility of the actual group.

Compare the current prices and ticket rules

Calculate the total per group

The official page currently lists standard admission at S$13.90 for an adult and S$11.90 for a child. Its checked Singapore resident rates are S$11.90 for adults and S$8.90 under the relevant child, student or senior categories. The published child band is ages 3 to 12. Child ticket holders must be accompanied by a paying adult. Confirm the current terms for children outside the stated age band before buying.

At the checked standard rates, one adult and one qualifying child would total S$25.80. Two adults and two qualifying children would total S$51.60. If all four qualify for the listed resident rates, the same example totals S$41.60. These are worked examples for bridge tickets only. Add baggage storage, food, transport and any separate attractions as appropriate.

Jewel lists conditions for its resident rates and can ask for proof at purchase or entry. If a family includes visitors with different eligibility, calculate each person’s ticket rather than using one rate across the group. Check the live totals before paying, particularly if a reseller or package is involved. A lower advertised price may depend on a particular purchase channel or eligibility.

Check any member or card offer separately

The operator may list member or cardholder offers with their own purchase channels, days and conditions. Treat these as an extra check rather than a standing 2027 price. Verify that the offer is still available and applies to the exact visit. If you need to buy at a concierge counter, allow time to reach it and confirm the eligibility requirements.

A package can look attractive when several activities interest the group, but check whether everyone can take part. If only one member wants the bridge and the rest want the public waterfall, a package for everyone may be unnecessary. Compare the practical itinerary before comparing the price.

Save the confirmation and the attraction name. If the ticket has an entry window, note it beside the group’s meeting time. Ask about changes, expiry or re-entry before making an assumption. A clear booking is particularly useful if someone plans to join after a flight or arrive from another terminal.

Reach Level 5 from Changi Airport MRT

Enter public Jewel and follow the Level 5 signs

From Changi Airport MRT, follow the public signs for Jewel and use the terminal link that suits where you exit. Once inside the mall, look for the lifts or escalators to Level 5 and follow signs for Canopy Park and the Canopy Bridge. The bridge entrance is a separate destination from a public waterfall viewpoint. Allow time to move through the building, especially if your party is unfamiliar with it.

If arriving from Terminal 1, use the public connection to Jewel and follow the same Level 5 directions. From Terminal 4, check the public shuttle and its current boarding point, then allow time to get to Jewel. An airport passenger using a connection should check the airport’s guidance about access to public Jewel and the time needed for the onward flight. Use the airline itinerary as the firm part of the schedule.

Set a meeting point at a named public spot and level before moving to the attraction. If part of the group is visiting another floor, give them a clear reunion time. A person arriving from the train, an airport terminal or a vehicle drop-off may take a different approach. The Level 5 sign and attraction name make it easier to find the same place.

Deal with luggage before going to the entrance

Jewel’s bridge information says luggage and wheeled bags are prohibited on the bridge and directs visitors to baggage storage. If you arrive from the airport with suitcases, check Level 1 storage directions, fees and collection hours before going upstairs. Include the walk and queue in the schedule. A trip that fits on paper can become tight if you have to return to another floor to store a bag.

Ask the venue about strollers, wheelchairs and other equipment before buying if they affect your visit. A lift route to Level 5 is a different question from access to the bridge itself. Use the venue’s instructions for equipment and suitable access, and choose a public viewpoint if that is a better fit for a companion.

If you have an onward flight, arrange the return to baggage and the correct terminal before buying a ticket. Estimate that whole journey, including waiting and airport procedures. A short public visit is easier to adapt if the available margin is small.

What the glass floor means for a family visit

Explain the height and let people choose

Jewel describes a glass section at the centre and fog at both ends. Tell children what those features mean before you reach the entrance. A child can enjoy seeing the bridge from elsewhere in Jewel and decide whether they want to cross. If a person prefers not to participate, choose a meeting plan that lets them wait at a suitable public point without feeling pressured.

If the glass is the main reason someone wants to try it, check the official attraction description with them. Ask what part interests them and whether the rest of the group wants the same view. Someone who prefers a public photograph can enjoy a different part of Jewel. A family does not need the same attraction for each person, provided the child accompaniment requirements are met.

Follow staff directions at the bridge and choose what to look at as you walk. Keep equipment manageable and give people around you room. If your child wants a photograph, agree on one picture and take it only where stopping is permitted. A short clear look at the interior can be easier to enjoy than trying to record every part of the crossing.

Check clothing and opening information

Jewel recommends trousers or shorts and comfortable covered shoes on its bridge page. Check the current advice and any rules for another activity you are adding. Clothing suitable for walking through Jewel may not be the best choice for a net or slide. Check the individual venue pages if you are planning a combined visit.

The posted ordinary bridge hours were 10 am to 9 pm, with last admission 30 minutes before closing. Do not use the park’s later hours on some days as the bridge cutoff. Check the individual attraction time and current notices. A late arrival should consider whether it still has enough time for admission, the activity and the return.

If you are going primarily for the waterfall view, check the public Rain Vortex and Forest Valley advisories as well. A bridge can be operating under a different schedule from the waterfall. Choose the ticket for the experience you want and keep the public stop flexible.

If you want to judge the experience before committing, spend a few minutes in the public interior and look at how the different levels relate to each other. Then check the bridge photographs on the official attraction page. A visitor may be comfortable looking across a high space and still prefer to avoid standing on glass. Ask each person which part they want to try rather than deciding for the whole group.

For a return visit, compare the same public setting in daylight and after dark. Pick the time when your group can arrive without rushing. Check both the bridge’s current admission cutoff and any temporary notices for the public waterfall area. The two schedules answer different questions, especially for an evening visit.

Make a short bridge-and-park itinerary

Take the bridge as your first priority

If the bridge is the main activity, go there first or at the time your ticket requires. Give yourself room to find the entrance and follow staff directions. Afterwards, use the included park admission to see one or two features that fit your group. A garden walk and a short rest can be enough. There is no need to add another ticket just because you are already on Level 5.

For a child below the Discovery Slides height requirement, choose a different included stop before the trip. Give them a specific choice between suitable features. Another child who can use the slides may be able to do that with appropriate supervision while the rest of the group visits a garden. Decide where to regroup and how long to wait before separating.

When you finish the park, decide whether to add the waterfall or go directly to your next stop. The public view may be easy to include if it is operating and you have time. If your group has a connection to catch, prioritise getting back to the correct place. Keep one activity flexible so a delay at the bridge does not cause a problem later.

A group with different comfort levels

Use a public point at Jewel as the shared meeting place. People taking the bridge can visit at the agreed time, while companions choose another activity that suits them. If a child is crossing, confirm the paying adult who will accompany them. Share the reunion place and level so nobody has to search several floors.

The family can still eat together or see the waterfall afterwards. That is often the most practical way to include a visitor who wants the view but dislikes heights. Decide in advance whether people waiting will use the paid park or stay in a public area. Buy the appropriate ticket for each person rather than assuming they can all wait inside on one admission.

Use a ticket example that matches your group

One adult and one child who want the bridge

Check the child age category and accompaniment rule first. At the standard prices posted when checked, one adult and one qualifying child would pay S$25.80 for two bridge tickets. If both qualify for the checked local rate, the total would be S$20.80. Both examples include the park access described by Jewel. They leave out storage and other attractions. Verify the current basket when buying.

Ask whether the child wants to try the glass section or mainly wants an indoor view. If the latter, start by seeing Jewel from a public level. It may help the child understand the height. If you decide to buy, check that there is time to reach the attraction, meet the current entry arrangements and see something in the included park. A relaxed crossing is more useful than arriving at last admission with no time for the part your child actually wanted.

When bringing another adult who is not crossing, agree on a public place to reunite. That person can have a different plan while the child has the required accompaniment. If all three want to use the park, check whether the companion needs a basic park ticket. The route is easier to arrange if the group knows which parts are paid and which meeting points are public.

Two children with different interests

Suppose one child wants the bridge and the other mainly wants the Discovery Slides. Compare the attraction rules before deciding that both need the same ticket. The slides have their own minimum height, and a child who does not meet it can still have another park activity. Work out which adult will accompany each child and how everyone will meet afterwards. Include any applicable adult admission in the total.

Make the most time-sensitive attraction the first priority. If the bridge has a confirmed entry window, use it as the anchor and put the included park features around it. If both parts are flexible, visit the feature that matters most to the group first. A queue, a tired child or a different operating time is easier to manage if the second activity is optional.

Read the live terms before buying one product for one part of the party and another product for the rest. Check where each group can enter, wait and regroup. The paying-adult requirement and the different uses of the public areas are easier to handle before going up to Level 5. Do not ask a child to wait alone because the adult ticket was bought for another attraction.

Adults who mainly want a view

An adult pair can compare three different experiences. The public Rain Vortex area lets you see the main setting from public viewpoints. The bridge puts you on an elevated crossing with a glass centre. The park gives you a separate set of garden and play features. Choose the one you want and buy the ticket that corresponds to it. If one companion is unsure about heights, agree on whether that person will wait in public Jewel or purchase a different attraction.

At the checked standard rates, two adult bridge tickets would total S$27.80. If both qualify for the checked local adult rate, the example would be S$23.80. Compare the amount with the time you expect to spend on the bridge and in the park. An eligible promotion can change the arithmetic, but its value depends on the live terms and whether the time suits you. Save the confirmation once you decide.

Budget time when visiting from another terminal

Start with the trip out of Jewel

If someone is arriving from Terminal 4, check the public shuttle and walking connection before you choose a bridge time. If you are returning to another terminal afterwards, use the airport’s current directions for that leg too. Note the terminal and level where you need to be. A booking on Level 5 should leave enough time to get down, cross the public links or ride the shuttle and reach the next destination.

When a flight is part of the plan, work backwards from the airline’s instructions and the airport procedures that apply. Add the whole route from the attraction to baggage storage if you used it. The advertised bridge hours do not tell you whether the timing fits your onward flight. A family with a short airport margin can make a public visit and leave the paid attraction for another day.

Check storage on the way in and on the way out

Ask about the storage location, current opening arrangements, allowed bags and charges before relying on the service. Keep what you need for the attraction with you and follow Jewel’s bag rules. Confirm what evidence you need to collect the bag. A short trip to storage at the beginning can create a second trip at the end. Include both in the schedule.

For a group with strollers or other equipment, ask how the bridge handles the exact item. Confirm whether someone can stay in a suitable public area with the equipment if it cannot be taken on the attraction. Agree where the group meets afterwards. Accessibility arrangements are more useful when you have checked the whole route, from the station or terminal to the entrance and back.

Choose a second stop only if there is time

After the bridge, use the included park admission for a short walk if your group wants it. Pick one feature and check that it is open and appropriate. If someone wants a photograph of the waterfall, verify the public access notice and choose a viewpoint on the way out. Avoid a separate long walk between floors when the next airport leg is close.

Save the name of the attraction, Level 5, the last admission and the return terminal in one note. If a companion joins later, send the meeting point as well. The most useful plan is the one that gives the group enough time to cross comfortably and still leave when it needs to.

Choose between a public visit, the bridge and a larger package

Public Jewel for a brief stop

Use the public waterfall or an accessible indoor area if you mainly want a short look. Check what is open and where you will return. This plan is useful between other activities, with a visitor who has luggage or when a child wants food more than a new attraction. Save the bridge for a day with more time if the activity is important to the group.

The bridge and included park for a focused visit

Choose this option when the elevated walk and a few park features are enough. Check the expected entry time, any relevant rules and the group’s comfort with the glass floor. Give yourself a straightforward way back to the station, terminal or pickup point. This keeps the day centred on the ticket you bought.

A package for people who can use several features

Check each activity and build a realistic order around the strictest time. Ask about height, footwear, baggage and booking conditions. Allow time for queues or a briefing. A person who wants only one activity can buy accordingly and join the others later. A package is most useful when its inclusions match the group and schedule.
