If you already have a valid ActiveSG pool pass and left your phone at home, bring an eligible physical ID to the entrance. ActiveSG says you can scan the barcode on that card where scanners are available. If there is no scanner, ask staff to verify your ID manually.
Check that you are going to the correct Punggol facility and that your pass is valid for the visit. If the card does not scan, ask staff to check your existing admission before paying for another pass.
- Bring an eligible physical ID with a barcode.
- Scan the card at the pool entrance where supported.
- Ask staff for help if verification fails.
- Keep the same card available for the exit.
Use the physical ID at the entrance

ActiveSG’s no-phone entry FAQ gives examples including NRIC, driver’s licence, PAssion card and student pass. Use your own eligible card. If there is a queue, step aside and ask staff where to get help rather than repeatedly attempting the scan.
Keep the card for the way out

Check the exit instructions when you arrive and keep the card somewhere dry and accessible. The ActiveSG pool entry FAQ explains the pool entry and exit process.
Use the separate child procedure when needed
A family may have adult passes and linked child passes. Check the requirements for each swimmer. The Punggol pool entry guide for children covers linked accounts and caregiver arrangements.
