If you book a court or pay for a successful ballot on behalf of your linked child, ActiveSG says the child’s available credits are used automatically. Check the selected profile before paying for an ActiveSG Punggol booking so the transaction is for the right person.
If the child has no available credits, ActiveSG lists PayNow, credit card and debit card as alternatives. Review the amount and booking details at checkout before confirming.
- Choose the linked child’s profile.
- Confirm the Punggol court, sport, date and time.
- Review the credit applied at checkout.
- Check the confirmation after completing payment.
Check which profile is selected

Use the ActiveSG child credit FAQ for bookings or ballots made on a child’s behalf. If more than one child is linked, check the name on the booking screen before moving on.
Review the checkout total

Check the credit and payment information for the booking you are completing. If the child has no available credits, use an alternative payment method offered at checkout. Keep the confirmation so you can verify the booking later.
Use the account that made the ballot
If a different parent submitted the child’s ballot, ask that parent to check the result and payment options. The parent account guide explains who can manage it.
