If you can see your child’s ActiveSG court ballot but cannot change it, check which parent submitted it. ActiveSG says only the parent who booked or balloted on behalf of the child can manage that booking. The other parent can still view pending ballots, results and upcoming bookings.
For a court session at ActiveSG Punggol, decide who will submit the ballot and check the result. If you need to cancel a pending ballot or pay after a successful one, use the account that submitted it.
- Check which parent submitted the child’s ballot.
- Use that account to manage the ballot or make payment.
- The other parent can view the status and upcoming booking.
- Confirm the final court, time and booking status before leaving.
Work out which account controls the ballot

ActiveSG’s linked child booking FAQ distinguishes viewing from managing. If you can read the result but see no way to pay or cancel, ask the parent who submitted the ballot to open it in their account.
The submitting parent also receives the ballot result notifications. Agree how that parent will update the other one if the slot is successful, especially when someone else is arranging transport.
Check that the successful slot has been paid

A result and a completed booking are different stages. Have the parent who submitted it check the current instructions and confirm payment if required. Share the final venue and court information once the booking is confirmed.
Confirm who will attend
Check the facility’s attendance instructions for the booked player before travelling. If a parent is taking a child to Punggol, share the check-in details and ask staff if the booking conditions are unclear.
