To cancel a pending court ballot you submitted for your child, sign in to MyActiveSG+ with the account you used to place it. ActiveSG says ballots made on a child’s behalf can be accessed from the homepage. Only the parent who submitted the ballot can cancel it.
Check the sport, venue and date before cancelling. If the ballot is already allocated or paid, open its current status and check the instructions for that stage before taking further action.
- Sign in as the parent who submitted the ballot.
- Find the child’s ballot from the homepage.
- Check that it is pending and matches the intended session.
- Confirm the cancellation and review the updated status.
Open the submitting parent’s account

The ActiveSG child ballot cancellation FAQ explains the homepage route. The other parent can view pending ballots, results and upcoming bookings. Ask the submitting parent to make the cancellation if the control is unavailable on your account.
Verify which ballot you are cancelling

If you arranged more than one activity for the child, confirm the sport and session before proceeding. After cancelling, check the displayed status and tell anyone who planned to attend.
Check separately if a result is already available
If the ballot has advanced to a result or a paid booking, use the instructions in MyActiveSG+ for the status you see. Contact ActiveSG if the available options are unclear.
