SIT’s LOLA lockers are at W1 Level 5 near the Library entrance. LOLA means Library Onsite Locker Access; the Library FAQ identifies it as a collection and return point for reserved books and media equipment.
Use the official LOLA FAQ alongside the instructions for your own reservation. A reservation request alone does not tell you that an item is ready to collect.
LOLA belongs to SIT’s Ngee Ann Kongsi Library, not NLB’s Punggol Library at One Punggol. Check the institution and collection location before travelling, especially if you use both library systems.

Check the item and collection instruction
Before heading to the lockers, read the notification or account information for the actual item. Confirm the title or equipment, the collection point and any deadline displayed.
If the instructions are unclear, ask the Library rather than assuming another locker service’s code or procedure applies. The public FAQ confirms the location and service purpose, but does not establish round-the-clock building access or a universal collection window.
Plan an equipment collection carefully
As practical preparation, allow time to check that the equipment you receive matches your booking. Ask about accessories, operation, care and the return requirements before beginning a project that depends on it.
Keep the collection instructions with your project notes. If something appears missing or damaged, report it promptly through the Library’s official route instead of quietly substituting another item or attempting a repair.
Check the return record
The FAQ says LOLA can also be used for returns. Follow the instructions for the particular loan and verify any confirmation the system provides rather than assuming that placing an item somewhere completes a return.
For equipment, account for the parts you received. For books, check that the returned item is the one recorded on your loan. These are sensible return checks, not a published list of every locker rule.
Ask the right Library for help
The official FAQ lists Library@SingaporeTech.edu.sg, telephone +65 6592 1215 and WhatsApp +65 8104 5445. Explain the reservation or return problem without sending passwords.
Our SIT Punggol guide provides campus orientation. The exterior photograph here does not identify the lockers or show an access route; use campus signs and the current collection instructions onsite.
