SIT Library’s fine-payment FAQ says you can pay at the Library service desk during opening hours, or arrange remote payment by contacting the Library through email or WhatsApp.
The listed contacts are Library@SingaporeTech.edu.sg and +65 8104 5445 on WhatsApp. Use the official SIT Library fine-payment FAQ to check the current route rather than using an unverified payment link.
This concerns SIT’s university library, not the public Punggol Library at One Punggol. The Ngee Ann Kongsi Library service desk address is W1 Campus Heart, Level 5, 1 Punggol Coast Road, Singapore 828608.

Understand the charge before paying
Check which item or transaction the charge relates to. If the amount seems unexpected, ask the Library to clarify the account entry before making a payment.
Provide the information the official process requests, while keeping passwords out of messages. A short description of the issue and the relevant item is more useful than sending unrelated documents or a long account history.
Use the service desk during its actual hours
If paying in person, check the current service-desk opening arrangements first. Do not assume that building access or a study space being available means the payment desk is staffed.
Keep the account details needed to identify your own transaction ready. If you are unsure what to bring, ask before travelling. This guide does not state a fine rate, payment-card requirement or guaranteed processing time.
Request the current remote payment instructions
For remote payment, contact the Library using the published email or WhatsApp route and follow its current instructions. Verify that the reply concerns your actual enquiry before acting on a request for payment.
Keep the payment confirmation and check whether the relevant account entry has been updated. Sending an enquiry is not itself payment, and a receipt should be kept separately from a message saying that help has been requested.
Keep return and account questions separate
If the charge involves a loaned item still in your possession, also ask what you need to do about the item. Do not assume that paying a charge replaces a separate return or account task.
Our SIT Punggol guide provides campus context. For questions about a public NLB loan, use NLB’s own account and help routes instead of asking SIT to resolve a different library’s record.
