For team-building and cohesion-event enquiries involving SAFRA Punggol, SAFRA publishes cohesion@safra.sg and 6377 9146. Its Cohesion Service Management office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
The official team-challenges menu includes a Punggol Cycling Challenge with bicycles, route navigation and stations around Punggol Waterway Park and Coney Island.
This is a group-event enquiry route, not a public daily race timetable. Ask SAFRA to confirm current availability, route, participants, price and venue before planning your event; a listed activity is not a confirmed booking.

Choose the activity around your group
SAFRA’s menu also describes team challenges involving robotics, kart building, scavenger hunts and land or water activities. Not every item is necessarily delivered at Punggol or suitable for every group.
Start with the purpose of the day: meeting new colleagues, practising communication or simply spending time together. Then describe the group’s experience and needs so the organiser can discuss an appropriate activity rather than selecting only by an exciting title.
Ask about the cycling challenge specifically
The published cycling concept involves teams navigating between stations within a time limit. It does not publish a current route map, duration, minimum group size or tariff.
Ask whether participants need to be confident cyclists, what equipment is included and how the route is managed. Request the current programme and contingency arrangements rather than assuming that an older description reflects access conditions on your proposed date.
Prepare a concise event brief
Give the organiser your preferred date, approximate headcount, intended duration, budget and group profile. Include accessibility or other participation requirements that need discussion. These are suggested planning details, not a published compulsory checklist.
Clarify transport, refreshments, meeting points and what happens if someone cannot take part in a particular activity. A group programme works best when the practical arrangements are clear before invitations go out.
A quotation and an enquiry are different
Use the official cohesion-service contact listing to start the discussion. Request written confirmation of scope, charges, payment, changes and cancellation conditions before committing.
For general venue orientation, read our SAFRA Punggol guide. If you only need to rent bicycles independently, use the separate Bike Stop guide rather than treating a team-building programme as ordinary bicycle hire.
