Need a copy of your Punggol home’s SP utilities bill? SP says you can download the current bill and the past 13 months’ bills through the SP app or Utilities Portal at no charge. Look under Bills after signing in to the correct linked account.
For a Punggol household with a recent move or several accounts, check the premises address, account number and billing period before saving the document. A payment screenshot and a complete utilities bill are different records; use the document requested by the organisation receiving it.
If electricity is billed directly by a retailer, that electricity bill may need to be obtained from the retailer rather than SP. SP’s paperless guidance says retailers may bill directly or through SP, so confirm your actual arrangement before concluding that a missing document is unavailable.

Enter through the official app or portal
Use SP’s official paperless guidance below to access the portal or app information. If you need an e-account, follow the registration and account-linking instructions there.
Do not disclose passwords or identity details to someone offering to retrieve a bill for you through an unofficial chat.
Check the account and month
Select the bill you need and review the address, account and billing dates. This matters when a request specifies a particular month or your current residence.
If the organisation needs proof of address, ask which document and date range it accepts. Availability of a bill does not guarantee that it satisfies every application requirement.
Save a complete copy
Download the bill and check that it opens and includes the relevant pages. Give your private copy a clear filename with the billing month rather than leaving several indistinguishable downloads.
Store it securely: bills can contain personal and account information. Share only through the recipient’s verified submission route.
Understand the difference between paperless and payment
SP says changing to e-bills does not affect existing GIRO arrangements or the billing cycle. A downloaded bill is not confirmation that its balance has been paid.
For an older record outside the stated download history, contact SP about the available retrieval route and any conditions instead of assuming all historical bills remain online.
