Check that the appointment or correspondence specifies One Punggol and unit #04-08. NKF also lists a separate Punggol centre at Blk 681 Punggol Drive, so “NKF Punggol” alone is not a sufficiently precise destination.
Share the complete address with the person arranging transport. If the written location and your usual centre differ, clarify with the service before travelling rather than choosing whichever site is nearer.
