No longer need HDB season parking in Punggol? Use HDB’s termination service and check the permitted termination period before expecting a refund. HDB provides a termination route, but not every unused day in every purchase can be refunded.
HDB’s official FAQ explains a restriction for first-time purchases made with a pro-rated current month plus the following full month. Termination and refunds for that initial pro-rated parking period are not allowed. Read the rule against your actual purchase dates, rather than assuming all future-looking dates qualify.
For a Punggol move or vehicle change, first decide whether you need termination, a parking transfer or a change to auto renewal. Cancelling a payment arrangement and terminating purchased season parking are different requests. Save the outcome of the transaction you actually need.

HDB gives an example of parking purchased from 13 March to 31 May: the period from 13 March to 30 April cannot be terminated under the stated restriction.
In that example, the unused 1–31 May period can be terminated on 30 April and refunded. This illustrates the rule; use the service’s current options for your own dates rather than copying the example as a universal deadline.
Choose termination or transfer
If you will still need HDB season parking for another vehicle or car park, review the transfer route before ending the arrangement. A transfer may better match the change you are making.
If you no longer need season parking at all, use the termination service. Check any future auto-renewal arrangement separately so your next payment cycle is also dealt with correctly.
Review the transaction before confirming
Check the vehicle, car park, effective date and any refund information displayed. Keep a copy of your original purchase record nearby if something seems inconsistent.
If the date you want is unavailable, consult HDB’s explanation and help channels. Do not select an unintended date just to complete the form or promise yourself a refund the service has not confirmed.
Keep the confirmation and plan subsequent parking
Retain the termination acknowledgement and any refund instructions or outcome. If the bank credit is unclear, follow up using the transaction reference and official HDB channels.
Plan how you will pay for any parking needed after termination. An old season-parking receipt should not be used as proof of coverage after the arrangement has ended.
