Renewing HDB season parking in Punggol? Start at HDB’s Renew Season Parking page and confirm the vehicle, car park and paid period. HDB offers manual renewal through its e-services or AXS, as well as auto renewal by GIRO or credit card.
Do not assume every Punggol motorist can buy the next month’s season parking on the same date. HDB says renewal timing depends on eligibility and demand: in most cases renewal opens on the first day of the current month, while some motorists can renew from the middle of the month.
If you have just applied for GIRO auto renewal, continue renewing manually until HDB’s commencement letter confirms the effective deduction month. An application submitted is not the same as an active payment arrangement. Keep the current parking period covered while the arrangement is being established.

Check the vehicle registration number, car-park group and period displayed in the transaction. This is especially useful after a move, vehicle replacement or temporary parking change.

Choose manual or automatic payment
Manual renewal means you organise the payment each cycle. Auto renewal means you also need to keep the linked payment arrangement current and check that the renewal succeeds.
Use the official HDB instructions for the selected method. Avoid making a second payment simply because a bank transaction is pending; check the HDB record and seek clarification if the outcome is unclear.
Check payment details after changes
If your bank account or card changes, review the relevant renewal arrangement. Keep an accessible reminder until you are confident the new details and effective period are correct.
For GIRO, retain the commencement information. For card renewal, review the current HDB terms and transaction outcome rather than treating a stored card as permanent proof of coverage.
Save the renewed period
After payment, save the acknowledgement and confirm the period shown by HDB. Record the next action date in your household calendar.
If a transaction fails or a renewal option is unavailable, use HDB’s published help route. Do not infer an extension from a failed attempt, a screenshot of an application or a previous month’s receipt.
