Punggol residents returning to Singapore by air or sea should submit the SG Arrival Card with electronic health declaration through ICA’s official service or MyICA Mobile. Submission is free.
The SG Arrival Card deadline is a three-day window including the day of arrival. For example, an arrival on 20 October permits submission from 18 October. Use your arrival date in Singapore, not the date you leave your overseas accommodation.
Singapore citizens, permanent residents and long-term pass holders travelling through Woodlands or Tuas checkpoints are exempt from SGAC submission. Living in Punggol alone is not the exemption: check both your immigration status and your route of entry.

Use the appropriate traveller category in the official service. The SG Arrival Card is not a visa and does not replace other entry requirements.
For a mixed-status household or visiting relatives, check each person’s situation rather than assuming that everyone follows the same route as the family member who organised the trip.

Use the correct arrival date
Keep the confirmed journey details beside you when completing the submission. Check the date you will actually arrive in Singapore, particularly when travelling overnight.
Add a reminder inside the submission window. A reminder set for your outbound flight can be weeks too early for the return journey.

Submit through the official channel
ICA sends an acknowledgement email after a successful submission. Keep it available with the relevant travel records.
Do not pay a commercial website merely because it appears prominently in a search result. Start from the linked ICA page and check the details entered before confirming.

Keep declarations accurate
ICA provides an Update SGAC feature for changes to health status after submission. Read its instructions if your circumstances change.
Keep this task separate from declaring overseas purchases to Customs. One completed arrival form is not a reason to assume every return-trip administrative requirement has been met.
