Check the assistance end date in your own approval information before planning a Punggol ComCare renewal. A bank credit date and an assistance end date are different details; do not use a recent payment alone to decide when the current award finishes.

Renewal is assessed rather than guaranteed. MSF says that, if the household continues to meet eligibility criteria, the SSO assesses its situation and needs to determine the appropriate amount and duration of further assistance.

Find your current assistance end date

Keep the latest approval information and reference together. If the end date is unclear, ask the office handling your case to confirm it before calculating your renewal window.

Set a reminder using the confirmed date. This is more reliable than copying a neighbour’s renewal schedule, because their award may cover a different period.
