SIT Punggol student counselling appointments can be requested by emailing SITCounselling@SingaporeTech.edu.sg. SIT lists the Office of SITizen Experience Wellness Office at Block E6, Level 2M on its Punggol Campus.
The SIT 24-Hour Counselling Helpline is 6592 2030. The university’s official Student Wellness page describes counselling as free and confidential for SIT students, with professional support available on campus and through online channels.
For a routine appointment, email the counselling team and ask for the next available arrangement. The 24-hour helpline and the office’s appointment schedule are separate services. The steps below help students and supportive family members find the right contact and prepare a clear first enquiry.

Request a counselling appointment
A short first email can say that you are an SIT student seeking an appointment, give your preferred contact details and mention times when you are available. Ask whether an on-campus or online session would be possible.
You can describe the concern in a sentence if you wish, rather than feeling that you must write a complete personal history immediately. The counselling team can explain the appointment process and what information it needs.
Find the Wellness Office at E6
Keep the full location, Block E6, Level 2M, with your appointment details. Confirm the reporting point and access instructions in the reply, especially if you have not visited that part of the campus before.
Allow time to find the correct level. Our SIT campus-area guide can help orient a first visit, but your appointment confirmation should determine the final destination.
Check office hours and the helpline
DigiPen Singapore’s counselling page lists SIT counselling office hours as Monday–Thursday, 8.30am–6pm, and Friday, 8.30am–5.30pm, with last appointments at 5pm and 4.30pm respectively. Confirm the offered appointment time directly with SIT.
The university identifies 6592 2030 as a 24-hour counselling helpline. If there is an immediate medical emergency, call 995; if immediate police assistance is needed, call 999.
How can a friend or parent help?
Offer practical help with the student’s agreement: finding the official page, drafting an email, arranging transport or keeping the appointment time free. Let the student choose how much they want to explain to you.
SIT describes the counselling service as confidential. If someone wants to understand its confidentiality arrangements or whether a support person can accompany them, ask the counselling team directly rather than assuming that family members will receive session details.
Find the right route for other support
The Student Wellness page also lists accessibility consultations and peer-support initiatives. For accessibility enquiries, SIT gives DI@SingaporeTech.edu.sg. Read the relevant section before sending an enquiry so the request reaches the appropriate team.
If the main concern is a timetable, assessment deadline or other academic arrangement, include the relevant academic contact alongside your wellness enquiry where appropriate. Keep any appointment reply and reporting instructions together so the next step is easy to follow.
