ServiceSG Centre One Punggol is at 1 Punggol Drive, #01-01, Singapore 828629. The Public Service Division currently lists its hours as Monday to Saturday, 9am–6pm, with closure on Sundays and public holidays. The last queue ticket is issued at 5.30pm.
ServiceSG helps citizens access government services across agencies, especially when they are less confident using digital services. PSD says visitors can walk in for help without an appointment. More complex matters may need a separate agency appointment or video consultation.
Before visiting One Punggol for government-service assistance, identify the task you want help with and bring the relevant official correspondence and documents specified by the agency. Assistance with an application does not guarantee its approval or that the entire matter can be completed during one visit.

What ServiceSG can help with
Use PSD’s current ServiceSG page to check the centre and its published service information. Examples listed include guidance with Singpass, passport renewal, personal income tax and SkillsFuture Credits. Check the route for your particular task rather than assuming every service is handled identically.
Start by explaining the outcome you need and what you have already tried. If you have an error message or an agency letter, show the relevant part so the officer can understand the issue.
Keep the task focused. One clear explanation is easier to act on than several unrelated documents without an account of what is wrong.
Walk-in assistance and appointments
Walk-in help and a scheduled consultation are different arrangements. If the issue needs an agency’s specialist response, follow the referral or appointment instructions given to you.
The LifeSG explanation of ServiceSG video consultations describes private rooms for booked online agency appointments. Read the selected agency’s appointment information for availability and preparation requirements.
If you already hold an appointment, keep its confirmation and arrive according to its instructions. The centre’s opening hours do not by themselves reserve a consultation.
Prepare the relevant information
Check the agency’s document requirements before travelling. Bring the correspondence, reference numbers and details relevant to the task. The correct documents depend on the service, so a generic list cannot replace the agency’s instructions.
If asking for help with a digital transaction, ensure you can use the contact method needed for your own account. Ask staff to guide you through authentication while retaining control of your credentials.
If accompanying another person, clarify their wishes and any authorisation required for the task. Helping someone understand a screen is different from having permission to submit information on their behalf.
| Situation | Useful preparation |
|---|---|
| Agency letter | The letter and its reference number |
| Online error | The task attempted and relevant error details |
| Existing application | The submitted reference and stated next step |
| Booked consultation | Appointment confirmation and required documents |
| Helping a relative | Their consent and any agency-required authorisation |
Allow time before the last queue ticket
Plan to arrive with enough time to explain the issue and receive guidance. The last-ticket time is a cutoff, not an estimate of how long your transaction will take. An earlier visit may give you more flexibility if additional information is needed.
Check current centre notices before leaving home. One Punggol contains several services with different hours, so a library or hawker-centre visit should not be used to infer ServiceSG availability.
If the matter has an agency deadline, use that agency’s instructions to decide the next action. Do not assume that a planned help-centre visit changes the deadline.
Leave with a clear next step
Before leaving, confirm what was completed, what remains pending and which agency or channel to use next. Keep any transaction or appointment reference and note the documents still needed.
Use our One Punggol transport and parking guide for the journey and the One Punggol visitor guide for other destinations in the building. Plan each errand around its own confirmed opening hours.
