SAFRA Punggol Dance and Fitness Classes | Jumping Fitness, Zumba and Registration

SAFRA Punggol’s Dance Studio page lists a programme of fitness and martial arts classes, including Jumping Fitness, Zumba, Arnis and Aikido. Check the Punggol timetable on the official page, then confirm the current intake, fee and vacancies for the class you want.

The page directs Punggol course registration and payment to SAFRA Customer Service Counters, listed as open daily from 9am–9pm. The Punggol contact is Lshelizabeth@safra.sg. Ask about the specific course and start date rather than arriving solely because a timetable shows a session.

Read the clubhouse heading carefully. The same page also contains a separate SAFRA Mount Faber studio rental table. Those hire prices and booking conditions should not be treated as Punggol course fees or proof that Punggol studio hire is available on identical terms.

Choose a class before choosing a time

Start with the activity you want to learn. A dance-based fitness class, a trampoline-based session and a martial arts course have different formats. Ask the organiser what a typical class involves and whether equipment is provided.

The Punggol timetable includes sessions labelled as beginner Jumping Fitness. Use that label as a reason to enquire about a starting class, then confirm the instructor’s guidance for someone new to the activity.

For a child, ask about the actual age range, supervision and course level. A children’s class on a timetable does not establish that every child can join every intake.

Check the current intake and attendance plan

A weekly timetable tells you when a class is scheduled. It does not by itself tell you whether a new course is open, how many sessions the fee covers or whether there is a vacancy.

Before paying, check the start and end dates, session length and arrangements around public holidays. Ask whether missed sessions can be made up and what happens if a class is rescheduled.

Compare the whole journey with your weekday or weekend routine. Include travel, changing and returning home. A time that you can attend consistently is usually more practical than one that repeatedly conflicts with work or family plans.

Ask for the course’s total fee

Request the price for the precise course and intake, including the applicable member or guest category. Ask whether there are separate equipment, uniform or registration costs.

Keep the course description with the payment receipt. It should make clear what was purchased, the dates and the participant’s details. If booking for several family members, verify each person’s eligibility separately.

The studio hire table under the Mount Faber heading is a different offer. For a Punggol rehearsal, private session or venue enquiry, contact Punggol directly and describe your intended use.

Prepare for your first session

Ask the instructor or course team what clothing, footwear and personal items to bring. Confirm the meeting point inside SAFRA Punggol and how early a new participant should arrive.

Tell the instructor that you are new and ask how to follow the session at an appropriate pace. If you have a concern about participation, raise it with the course team before registering so you can understand its requirements.

For a child’s course, agree on drop-off and collection arrangements. Save the registration confirmation and contact details so another caregiver can follow the same plan.

Register with the correct clubhouse details

Give the counter or course contact the class name, Punggol location, preferred intake and participant’s details. Ask for the confirmed fee, vacancy and payment procedure.

The official Dance Studio page contains the Punggol timetable and contact. Our SAFRA Punggol facilities guide can help you plan the rest of the visit.

A short confirmation before registration helps you arrive for the right session with a clear idea of what to expect.
