Punggol MRT’s public toilets are listed on the concourse level near Exit A. Punggol Coast MRT’s public toilets are listed on its concourse near the Passenger Service Centre. These are different stations, so use the location for the station you are actually in.
For lift access at Punggol MRT, SBS Transit lists lifts at Exits A/B and C/D, with lift access between the concourse and the MRT and LRT platform levels. At Punggol Coast MRT, lifts are listed at Exits 1 and 2 and between the concourse and platform.
If you are travelling through Punggol with a pram, wheelchair, young children or heavy bags, identify the lift and toilet route before moving to the platform. Follow current signs and ask station staff if a lift is unavailable or you need information about a particular accessible facility.

Know which station name is on your journey
Punggol MRT and Punggol Coast MRT are separate North East Line stations. One uses lettered exits in the operator’s station guide; the other uses numbered exits. Directions referring to Exit A should not be transferred to Punggol Coast.
When sending directions to a visitor, include the complete station name and the facility landmark. “The toilet near the station exit” is less useful than “Punggol MRT, concourse near Exit A”.

If someone needs a toilet break, pause before heading to the platform or starting the onward walk. Use station signs to locate the concourse facility. Avoid leading the whole group through several exits while searching from memory.
The operator’s public-toilet listing does not by itself confirm every detail, such as a changing table or a particular cubicle arrangement. Ask staff about the specific facility you need rather than assuming it from the general label.

For a pram or wheelchair journey, the most visible escalator is not your route cue. Look for lift signs and allow time for the accessible route. If you cannot identify it, ask staff before attempting a different level change.
Keep your group together when using lifts and fare gates. Give each adult a clear role with bags and children so that the transfer does not become a series of improvised movements.

At Punggol MRT, reaching the concourse is not the same as completing an LRT connection. After a break, recheck the correct platform and direction for your next service. At Punggol Coast, check your onward destination rather than expecting an LRT transfer within that station.
If the break has affected a late-evening connection, verify the remaining service before proceeding. Read the Punggol last-train checking guide for the distinction between departures and onward connections.

When a lift or facility is unavailable
A published location is useful for planning, but it is not a live availability report. Follow closure notices and ask staff about the current alternative. Do not carry an occupied pram onto an escalator to preserve a timetable.
For an appointment, allow enough flexibility that a lift queue or a facility stop does not force you to rush. If an access need is essential, contact the operator about the intended journey before travelling.

For a family arriving separately, choose a confirmed public meeting landmark and say whether it is before or after the fare gates. A platform, toilet area and mall entrance are different destinations.
The Punggol LRT pram guide helps with the next rail leg. For any visit, use the operator’s station pages below alongside the current signs; this article is not a complete station floor plan.
