If you missed a HOMES Ops call about your preschool subsidy application, check for a follow-up SMS, email or letter. ECDA says that communication will contain the officer’s direct contact number.
ECDA identifies 6015 5700 as the single HOMES Ops outbound number from 4 November 2025 and says it is ScamShield verified. Use the reply contact supplied in the follow-up communication rather than assuming the outbound number is the return-call route.
For Punggol parents, the practical next step is to identify the application concerned and contact the officer through the stated channel. If a message seems suspicious, verify it independently before sharing sensitive information.

Find the follow-up communication
Prepare a short application summary
CHAPTER 1 OF 4
Find the follow-up communication
Read ECDA’s missed-call instructions. The officer’s direct number or usual inbound contact is provided in the subsequent communication.
Check the mailbox and messages you use for the application. Keep the relevant communication rather than relying on your memory of the missed-call screen.
CHAPTER 2 OF 4
Prepare a short application summary
Have your application reference, submission date and latest message available. These are practical preparation steps, not a new document checklist.
Explain that you missed the call and ask what clarification is needed. If you are unavailable for a longer conversation, ask how best to follow up.
CHAPTER 3 OF 4
Treat identity information carefully
A displayed number alone should not make you ignore warning signs. Do not disclose passwords or authentication codes to a caller.
If uncertain, use an independently verified official route to check the request. Send documents only through the channel confirmed for the application.
CHAPTER 4 OF 4
Record the next action
Write down what is requested, how to provide it and any deadline given. If a request is unclear, ask the officer to explain it before sending unrelated records.
Keep confirmation of your response. A clarification call does not itself tell you whether the subsidy has been approved; distinguish the request from the eventual outcome.
Information checked on 11 October 2026. Follow the current official instructions and the guidance given for your child’s application.
