SEAB says successful registrants receive an email two weeks before their tests start, telling them to log in to the Candidates Portal to retrieve and download the entry proof. Monitor the email address used during account creation.
The AEIS entry proof gives the test dates, times and venues. Punggol parents should plan the journey using that document rather than assuming the test is at a nearby school or the same venue as a previous exercise.
SEAB’s AEIS test guidance requires photocopies of the passport biodata page and entry proof for identity verification. It also says to arrive at least 45 minutes before the test and be seated at the assigned desk at least 15 minutes before starting.

CHAPTER 1 OF 5
Where does the notification go?
The SEAB entry-proof FAQ identifies the email address submitted during account creation as the notification address.
Check that inbox regularly, including spam folders. Confirm which adult is monitoring it so an important message is not assumed to be someone else’s responsibility.
CHAPTER 2 OF 5
How should I retrieve the document?
Follow the email instruction to log in to the Candidates Portal and download the entry proof. Save a readable copy and check the child’s details.
If you cannot access the portal or retrieve the document, use SEAB’s official technical-assistance route in the application instructions. Describe the exact access problem.
CHAPTER 3 OF 5
What should I check before test day?
Read the dates, times and venue on the child’s own proof. Then read the candidate instructions for the current exercise.
For a journey from Punggol, identify the correct entrance and allow time for the route. A map pin alone may not tell you where candidates should report.
CHAPTER 4 OF 5
Which documents and arrival times matter?
The official AEIS test details give the photocopy and arrival requirements stated above. Prepare the copies early rather than depending on a phone display.
Work backwards from the required arrival time to choose when to leave home. Include walking and reporting time, not only the train or car journey.
CHAPTER 5 OF 5
What if the proof is still unavailable?
Check the application status, registered email and current notices first. If the expected retrieval period has arrived and the issue remains unresolved, seek official assistance promptly.
Explain whether the application is awaiting assessment, the notification is missing, or a download fails. These are different problems and a precise enquiry helps identify the next action.
Information checked on 11 October 2026. Follow the current official instructions for your child’s exercise year and individual application.
