If your child’s preschool record is missing from LifeSG after Singpass login, first confirm that enrolment has taken effect. ECDA says the preschool generates Form 1 on or after the child’s enrolment date.
A reserved place or completed admission paperwork does not mean that an electronic Form 1 record is already available. ECDA advises checking that the child has started attending the preschool.
If the record is still unavailable, contact the centre to verify the NRIC, FIN or passport number it recorded when generating the form. Explain that you can log in but cannot find the child’s application.
CHAPTER 1 OF 4
Check the enrolment date
Compare the centre’s confirmed start date with the date you are trying to access the form. If the start is still in the future, ask when to expect the invitation.
Keep enrolment confirmation handy so you and the centre are discussing the same child and programme.
CHAPTER 2 OF 4
Describe the problem accurately
“I cannot log in” and “I logged in but cannot see my child” describe different problems. Tell staff which one you are experiencing.
Note the screen or message you see. If you provide a screenshot privately, remove unrelated family information where possible.
CHAPTER 3 OF 4
Have the centre verify the record
The ECDA missing-record guidance identifies the centre-generated form and recorded identity number as checks to make.
Do not enter another person’s identity number to try to reveal the record. Ask the centre to clarify which application it generated and for whom.
CHAPTER 4 OF 4
Follow the confirmed next step
After staff checks the record, follow the access instructions it gives for the correct application. Keep the reply and relevant email together.
Avoid repeatedly starting new applications while the existing record is being checked. A clear account of what you have already tried helps staff narrow down the issue.
Information checked on 11 October 2026. Follow the current official instructions and the guidance given for your child’s application.
