Northshore Plaza I or II? Addresses, Meeting Points and How to Find Your Shop

Exterior view of Northshore Plaza in Punggol, Singapore.

Northshore Plaza I is at Block 407 Northshore Drive, while Northshore Plaza II is at Block 418 Northshore Drive. They are two parts of Northshore Plaza, so check the block and unit number of the shop you want. ‘Northshore Plaza’ alone may leave you at the wrong part of the development.

For food, shopping or a family appointment at Northshore Plaza, use the outlet’s current listing before travelling. The Roman numeral I or II identifies the plaza section; the unit number identifies the floor and premises. Shop opening hours are separate from access to the neighbourhood centre.

HDB describes Northshore Plaza’s connection with Samudera LRT and the surrounding residential area. Choose your route to the actual block, then agree on a clear meeting point. If you are carrying groceries or travelling with a stroller, include the final walk and lifts in your plan.

Read the address in the right order

Start with the shop name, then confirm Plaza I or II, the block number and the unit. Matching all of these is more reliable than following a photograph or an old social-media post.

If an outlet has moved, the previous listing may still appear in search results. Check the business’s current official information, especially for appointments or purchases that cannot easily be made elsewhere.

What the two block numbers tell you

HDB’s commercial listings distinguish Northshore Plaza I at Block 407 from Northshore Plaza II at Block 418. That is the useful first split for navigation. It does not tell you which shops are trading today or which entrance is nearest a particular unit.

Do not assume the same unit number exists in only one section. Save the full address and use signs at the development to confirm your location before taking a lift or escalator.

Arriving by public transport

Samudera LRT is the station named in HDB’s description of the community connection. Check the current Punggol LRT service information and route to your chosen plaza section.

For a first visit, leave a little time to find the shop. Avoid quoting a universal station-to-shop walking time: it depends on the block, entrance, floor, walking speed and lift needs.

Set a useful meeting point

A message such as ‘Meet outside the named shop, Northshore Plaza I, Block 407, at the stated unit’ is easier to use than ‘Meet at Northshore’. For a group with children, choose a place where everyone can wait comfortably without obstructing others.

Keep the meeting point stable. If one person goes to buy food or groceries, agree when and where they will return. This saves unnecessary phone calls across different floors.

Make a grocery or meal visit easier

Decide whether you need one shop or several before leaving. Check opening hours and product availability with the relevant business when the purchase is important. A current directory is a better guide than a remembered tenant list.

If you have a pram or heavy bags, plan your way out before finishing the shopping. A convenient arrival route may be less comfortable when everyone is tired or carrying more.

Add a waterfront stroll only if it fits

Northshore Plaza is associated with the seafront neighbourhood setting, but an outdoor extension remains weather-dependent. Treat a stroll as optional if your main purpose is an errand or appointment.

Set a return time and keep the walk manageable. You can notice the neighbourhood, talk with your child and enjoy a small break without turning a practical trip into a long itinerary.

Frequently asked questions

Are Plaza I and Plaza II the same block? No: check 407 or 418. Can I search only the shop name? Add Northshore Plaza and confirm the full address, particularly if the business has several branches. Does centre access mean every shop is open? No; individual businesses set their own hours.

The existing Northshore Plaza guide covers the broader visit. This address check helps you reach the specific place you actually need.
