The Highlights
Free CPR and AED Course, 3 October
Two sessions at One Punggol Community Club. It is one of the most useful mornings a parent can spend. Places for fully subsidised courses usually go quickly, so register early.
Children’s Day at One Punggol, 11 October
A morning of activities for kids, free on level 1, with paid activities on level 5. Combine it with a library visit and lunch at the hawker centre. See our One Punggol guide.
Dandiya Masti, 24 October
An evening of dandiya, the joyful stick dance of the Navratri season. You do not need to know the steps; the fun is in joining in.
Say Goodbye to the Container Park
Most tenants stop trading by 31 October, with a few staying into November and December. Read Punggol Container Park Is Closing for the dates.
Good to Know This Month
- Punggol Point Park is closed for upgrading until the end of 2027. The toilets remain open.
- Exam season: many upper primary and secondary students are in their final assessments. Libraries and study corners get busy on weekends.
- Coming soon: the Punggol Regional Sports Centre is expected to open around the end of the year.
