Timezone Waterway Point is on Level 2 of the West Wing, at #02-19. If you are arriving from Punggol MRT, enter Waterway Point, follow the signs for the West Wing and go up to Level 2. The operator lists arcade games, claw machines, VR and music games at this branch.
Families visiting after school should check the arcade’s entry rules as well as its opening hours. Timezone Singapore says guests aged 16 and below can enter on school days only from 6.30 pm to 11.59 pm, subject to the venue’s closing time. The operator also bars school uniforms and parts of school uniforms, including school T-shirts, at any time.
- Find it at Waterway Point West Wing, #02-19, 83 Punggol Central.
- Check branch hours, especially on public holiday eves and during school holidays.
- Bring your existing Powercard and check its balance before topping up.
- Agree on a spending limit and one or two games before the first tap.
Opening hours and the West Wing route

The official Timezone Waterway Point listing shows 11 am to 10 pm Monday to Thursday, 11 am to 11 pm on Fridays and public holiday eves, and 10 am to 11 pm on Saturdays. It lists 10 am to 10 pm for Sundays, public holidays and school holidays. Check the branch page when these categories overlap or your plans depend on the last hour.
If you are meeting people in the mall, send both the wing and unit number. Level 2 alone can leave people looking on the wrong side of Waterway Point. Use the mall directory or signs to check which wing you are in before heading upstairs.
Check the Powercard before adding credits

Timezone’s Singapore FAQ says you can check game credit at an in-store balance kiosk, at the counter or online. Its Fun App page also explains balance tracking and phone tap-to-play. Bring your existing card if you have one and check how much credit is left before considering a top-up.
Read the price on the game reader before tapping. If two children are sharing one card, an adult can hold it and track whose turn comes next. Try one round of each child’s chosen game before anyone spends the rest of the balance on repeat plays.
Plan a short visit before dinner or a film
Give everyone time to look around and pick a game, then agree when the final round will start. If the group is on a deadline, choose a game with a short queue or move on while you still have time to get to your next stop. Keep a few minutes for checking any ticket balance or browsing the prize counter.
If a child wants to play VR, check the rules posted for the machine and ask staff about suitability before paying. For a visitor who prefers less sound or movement, walk through together first and let them choose whether to stay.
