If you are arranging a swim or gym visit for a child under 15, MyActiveSG+ lets a parent link the child’s profile through Singpass. Before going to ActiveSG Punggol, open Linked accounts and check that the correct child is selected for the purchase. Save the visit details and make sure the adult accompanying the child knows the current entry instructions.
A family can have several linked profiles and more than one caregiver. Check who has the pass and what each adult can see or use in their own account. If someone else is taking the child, confirm the handover before travelling.
- Use MyActiveSG+ to check the linked profile before purchasing.
- Match the child, activity and pass or programme.
- Confirm how the child will check in if a different adult is attending.
- Ask ActiveSG staff if the pass is missing or the account does not show what you expect.

ActiveSG’s instructions direct parents to use Linked accounts in the MyActiveSG+ menu and explain how to add a child through Singpass. Check the official instructions for your family’s situation, including when another parent already has the child linked. Read the name on the profile before completing a purchase, especially if more than one child is going.
A swim pass, a gym pass and a lesson booking are different items. Check which one the planned activity requires. For gym entry, ActiveSG’s published guidance sets a minimum age of 12. Verify the current entry conditions and facility status before going.

If one parent buys the pass and another adult takes the child, read the official entry instructions before the visit. Check what the accompanying adult can show and what the child can use at check-in. Share the venue name and visit details, and keep account passwords and verification codes private. If you are unsure whether your arrangement works, ask ActiveSG before the trip.
For a family swim, check each person’s admission arrangements. For a lesson, use the provider’s instructions for the time and reporting point. Look at the active profile and the original purchase reference. If you cannot see the pass, check which account made the purchase and which child it was assigned to. Ask staff about the current process before buying another. If the visit is time-sensitive, agree on a fallback activity in case entry takes longer than planned.
