Open DonateBlood and check My Donation Appointment under the account used to make the booking. If you entered the portal while helping someone else, ask that person to check their own appointment record. If you can see an appointment but the venue is unfamiliar, look it up before travelling. “Punggol” in a calendar entry might be your own shorthand. The full venue name on the appointment is the one you need for directions.
What to do if you need another time
Check the existing appointment first, then follow any options shown in the official service. If you cannot tell whether the original slot is still active, call HSA and ask how to handle it. Have your original venue, date and time available, along with one or two alternative times.
