ActiveSG’s off-peak multi-entry gym pass is valid from 7 am to 4 pm on weekdays, excluding public holidays. Last entry is 3.30 pm and you must leave by 4 pm. If you are using it at ActiveSG Punggol, check that the gym is open and that you have time to finish before the cutoff.
Think about when you can leave as well as when you can arrive. If you reach the gym at 3.20 pm, you have at most 40 minutes until the required exit. Plan your workout and the time you need to gather your things accordingly.
- Use the off-peak pass on eligible weekdays.
- Enter by 3.30 pm and leave by 4 pm.
- Use a different admission option for evenings, weekends or public holidays.
- Check the current Punggol facility hours before travelling.
Check the calendar and the facility

The ActiveSG off-peak pass FAQ gives the pass window and excludes Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. A public holiday that falls on a Monday still falls outside off-peak eligibility. Look up the date and the gym in MyActiveSG+ before making the trip.
The 4 pm cutoff is a condition of this pass. Check the gym’s own opening hours separately. If you want to exercise after the cutoff, compare the admission options for that time.
Plan a visit that fits the cutoff

If you have a 45-minute workout in mind, arrive early enough to change, warm up, train and leave by 4 pm. A short visit may work if you are already nearby. If the trip is long and you only have time for part of the workout, move the visit to a better time or choose an admission option that fits.
If you already have the pass and need an evening visit
ActiveSG says an off-peak multi-entry pass cannot be upgraded to a peak one. Its FAQ says you can buy a single-entry pass for an individual visit outside the off-peak window. If that happens regularly, count your actual weekday and evening visits before choosing your next pass.
