Punggol residents can use HealthHub’s Medication Refill service for participating public healthcare institutions when they have a valid prescription with medication still uncollected. It is a request against an existing balance, not a way to obtain a new prescription.
Punggol Polyclinic appears on HealthHub’s participating-institution list. However, send the refill request to the institution that issued your prescription; living nearby does not let you transfer a different institution’s prescription through this service.
For delivery, HealthHub advises having at least two weeks of medication remaining before requesting it. If supplies are running short, contact the issuing pharmacy about suitable collection arrangements instead of assuming an online delivery request will arrive immediately.

Check the prescription before starting
Confirm the person, issuing institution and remaining balance. If there is no eligible balance, ask the healthcare provider what to do next.
For family help, use HealthHub’s authorised care-recipient setup and the correct profile. Keep your own medicines and a relative’s request clearly separated.
Review the request carefully
Open Medication refill, choose the issuing institution and select the available prescription items. Follow the displayed options, then review contact details, receipt method and payment selection before submitting.
Keep the acknowledgement email. For your own organisation, note which person the request concerns and which institution is handling it, particularly when coordinating care across several appointments.
Plan delivery or collection around real arrangements
Check the institution’s delivery terms and available dates. Choose an address where the receiving arrangements will work for your household.
If collecting, confirm the location and date shown for your request before leaving Punggol. Do not treat a submitted request as confirmation of immediate counter readiness.
Ask the pharmacy when circumstances change
If you are uncertain about a request, contact the issuing pharmacy with the acknowledgement information. Explain whether your question concerns delivery, collection, the listed balance or a possible duplicate submission.
Do not change doses or substitute medicines to make supplies last. Questions about treatment, running out or an expired prescription need the healthcare provider’s advice; this is an administrative guide, not prescribing advice.
