Punggol residents checking blood test or other laboratory reports in HealthHub should look for the relevant person, test date and healthcare institution. HealthHub says it retrieves lab reports from the National Electronic Health Record and displays the newest reports first.
You can access up to three years of past reports through this service. The HealthHub display may not include every detail in the hospital’s printed laboratory report, so use the hospital report when a detailed copy is required.
If a report is missing or needed urgently, contact the healthcare provider directly. This guide concerns finding records; it does not interpret test values or replace the clinician’s explanation of your results.

Match the report to the correct visit
When several appointments are close together, start with the date and place of the test rather than opening the first result you see. Keep your appointment note nearby if it helps distinguish visits.
For a family member’s information, use authorised access. Do not assume a report on your own profile belongs to a child or parent whose appointment you helped arrange.
Understand the display’s limits
An app view and a detailed report are not necessarily interchangeable. If another clinician or organisation requests a report, ask what document and date range it needs.
For information beyond the displayed period, ask the original institution how to request the records. Do not assume an older test never happened because it is absent from the current list.
Make a clear missing-report enquiry
Prepare a short note with the test date, institution and the particular report you expected. Tell the provider whether the record is absent or whether a visible report lacks a detail you need.
Do not interpret an absent result as reassurance, a diagnosis or evidence that no follow-up is necessary. Ask the treating team how your results and follow-up will be communicated.
Keep questions ready for your consultation
Before travelling from Punggol for follow-up, write down the questions you want answered and identify the report each question refers to. This is more useful than collecting unrelated screenshots.
Keep downloaded or photographed health information private. Share it through the channel agreed with the intended healthcare professional, and avoid uploading identifiable reports to public forums for interpretation.
