You can search for Punggol preschools without Singpass by using LifeSG on the web. ECDA confirms that a Singpass account is not needed for this preschool-search route.
ECDA distinguishes web browsing from using the LifeSG mobile app or logging in to bookmark preschools, for which it says a Singpass account is needed. Start with the website if you only need to explore centres.
Open LifeSG Preschool Search, search around your Punggol location and build a shortlist. Contact the centres about admission; searching the directory does not enrol your child.

CHAPTER 1 OF 4
Use the web search route
The ECDA FAQ on searching without Singpass explicitly directs users to LifeSG on the web.
If an app or bookmarking step asks you to sign in, return to the web search route for browsing. Keep the task clear: finding centres first, rather than completing an application.
CHAPTER 2 OF 4
Keep a practical shortlist
Without relying on account bookmarks, record the centres you want to contact in your own notes. Include the location, the programme you are interested in and your intended start date.
For a Punggol family, consider the actual journey at drop-off and collection times. A nearby map result may still involve a route that is awkward for your daily schedule.
CHAPTER 3 OF 4
Confirm details with the preschool
Ask each shortlisted centre about the programme, intended start date, current fees and next enrolment step. Write down when you received the information so you can follow up clearly.
If availability information differs from the centre’s reply, see why LifeSG vacancy information can differ.
CHAPTER 4 OF 4
Treat application access as a separate question
Browsing without Singpass does not explain how to complete a child’s subsidy or enrolment paperwork. Ask the preschool which steps apply to your situation.
If you specifically need help completing Form 1, use the separate LifeSG Form 1 guide for parents without Singpass.
Information checked on 14 October 2026. Follow the current official instructions and the guidance given for your child’s situation.
