Seen a fallen tree or large branch in Punggol? Keep away from the affected area and report the exact location rather than approaching to inspect or move it. For parks and greenery matters, NParks provides a feedback route; OneService also accepts municipal reports such as fallen trees.
The responsible contact depends on the location. NParks directs greenery issues in HDB estates to the respective Town Council, and issues in private condominiums to the MCST. A tree near a Punggol block is not automatically managed through the same channel as a tree inside a park.
Include the road, nearby block or park landmark, affected path and observation time. Take photographs only from a safe position. If someone is injured or there is an immediate threat to life, use emergency assistance rather than waiting for a routine feedback response.

Keep your distance
Do not stand beneath damaged branches, climb over a fallen tree or enter a cordoned area for a better photograph. Choose another route and keep children away from the obstruction.
You do not need to decide whether the tree is structurally safe before reporting. Describe what you can see and let the responsible professionals assess it.
Identify where the tree is
For an HDB estate, report through the Town Council’s official channels. For condo grounds, contact the MCST or managing agent; for parks and greenery, start with NParks’ contact page.
If you are unsure which party manages the location, a OneService report can provide a municipal reporting route. Do not delay a clear report just to guess ownership.
Give a location someone can find
A useful description might identify a path entrance, nearby block, bridge or road junction. Check that any selected map pin agrees with the written location.
State whether access appears blocked and whether the tree or branch has fallen or is visibly hanging. Avoid unsupported claims about the cause or who is responsible.
Keep the reference for follow-up
Save the acknowledgement and report reference. Follow the receiving agency’s instructions if further information is requested.
Until the area is made safe, use an alternative route and respect barriers. Submission of a report is not confirmation that the hazard has already been assessed or removed.
