If your child’s preschool enrolment details in LifeSG Form 1 are incorrect, LifeSG instructs you to withdraw the application. Log in and select “Withdraw application”.
If your child is still enrolling at the same Punggol preschool, contact the centre to generate a new form with the correct details. Do not submit information you know is wrong simply to meet a deadline.
This instruction concerns the LifeSG application. Ask the preschool separately if you intend to change or cancel the child’s actual enrolment, including any contractual fee questions.
CHAPTER 1 OF 4
Identify the exact error
Write down which enrolment detail is incorrect and what the correct information should be. Compare it with the centre’s enrolment confirmation.
Avoid changing unrelated details while resolving one error. A precise description makes it easier for the centre to identify what needs correcting.
CHAPTER 2 OF 4
Follow the withdrawal instruction
Use LifeSG’s application withdrawal guidance for incorrect enrolment details.
If you cannot find the control or your application is already at a different stage, contact the centre or the official service support for instructions. Do not guess that the same action is available in every situation.
CHAPTER 3 OF 4
Ask for the corrected invitation
Explain that your child will still attend the same centre and that you need the application details corrected. Keep a record of the original reference and staff’s reply.
Where contact or identity information caused the problem, ask the centre to verify what it has recorded before you work on another invitation.
CHAPTER 4 OF 4
Check before submitting again
Review the replacement carefully and confirm that the original error has been resolved. Use its own deadline and requested steps.
Keep the relevant confirmation after completion. Treat application correction and preschool billing as separate questions so neither gets lost in the same email exchange.
Information checked on 11 October 2026. Follow the current official instructions and the guidance given for your child’s application.
