SAFRA membership is open to SAF NSmen, full-time National Servicemen, SAF regulars and their spouses or children. Punggol residents should check the relevant membership category rather than assuming local residence alone makes them eligible. Start with SAFRA’s official membership information.
Apply or renew through SAFRA’s official applications and renewals page. Check the current fee, term and documents for your category before paying; this guide does not treat a temporary promotion as a permanent membership price.
For membership questions, email membership@safra.sg or call 1800 377 9800. For a particular activity at SAFRA Punggol, use the club’s separate contact, pgclub@safra.sg, or its facility’s published booking route.

Check the category for each person
A family should establish who will hold which membership before comparing benefits. A spouse or child’s application is not the same question as bringing someone as a guest for one activity.
If your circumstances do not clearly fit the published categories, ask the membership team. Do not infer eligibility from another person’s card, a club visit or a discount offered by a particular operator.
Use the current application information
Read the official application page for the available term and applicable requirements. Our suggested checklist is the correct applicant category, contact details, documents requested and the total amount shown.
Keep the confirmation and check the start and expiry dates. If renewing, confirm what happens to your existing membership term rather than assuming the new period begins on the payment date.
Membership and activity fees are different
Read the terms of the activity you actually want to use. A member benefit may concern a rate or booking condition; it should not be read as a promise that every activity is free or that a place is reserved.
For example, our EnergyOne per-entry guide and Splash first-visit guide cover separate service arrangements. Check those details alongside membership information.
Prepare your membership proof
SAFRA directs members to its mobile app for the e-card and membership privileges. Set up access before a visit if you expect to use the e-card, and check that the membership details display correctly.
Our practical suggestion is to bring the identification requested for your activity and keep any booking confirmation available. An e-card and an activity reservation serve different purposes.
Choose the right enquiry route
The membership hotline’s published hours are Monday–Friday 9am–6pm and Saturday 9am–1pm, excluding public holidays. SAFRA Punggol’s club number is 6585 8718. These contacts are listed on the official membership page.
Send membership eligibility, application or renewal questions to the membership team. Send location-specific activity questions to the club or named operator. Being precise about the task usually makes the next step clearer for everyone.
