For a consumer purchase dispute in Punggol, start with CASE’s official complaint guidance and its linked online complaint portal. CASE can assist with personal or domestic purchases of goods or services from registered companies in Singapore.
Before submitting a Punggol consumer complaint, gather your receipt or invoice, any signed contract and relevant supporting documents. Write down what you bought, what went wrong, what the seller has said and the outcome you are asking for.
CASE assesses online submissions and advises on next steps. Its assisted scheme and case-filing service may incur fees; submitting a complaint does not guarantee a refund. This guide helps you prepare your account, not decide your legal entitlement.

Check whether this is the right route
CASE’s stated scope is consumer-to-business disputes. Its guidance excludes business-to-business disputes, landlord–tenant claims, investment matters and traffic-accident claims from the ordinary assistance described on that page.
Being a Punggol resident does not by itself determine which complaint process applies. Identify the transaction and the business involved before choosing a route based only on where the problem occurred.

Build a short chronology
Organise your account in date order: agreement, payment, promised delivery or service, problem noticed and contact with the seller. Put the supporting document next to each important event.
Keep the original messages. A selected screenshot can be useful for orientation, but your own summary should not replace the wording of a promise or the seller’s full response.

State the outcome clearly
Explain what resolution you are requesting and why it addresses the purchase problem. Distinguish the amount you paid from any additional amount you are asking the business to consider.
For example, describe an undelivered item as an undelivered item, rather than mixing it with a separate complaint about discourteous service. A focused request is easier for another person to understand and assess.

Understand the next step
Under the assisted scheme, CASE helps draft a letter, which the consumer delivers, and does not follow up on the consumer’s behalf. Case filing for members involves correspondence with the retailer towards an amicable resolution.
Ask which service is proposed and what fees apply before proceeding. Keep your records together while considering the advice; there is no need to assume that every submission follows an identical sequence.
